At OneVender, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Return & Refund
To qualify for a return or refund:

After your request is approved, pack the product securely and send it to our return address:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method or via store credit.
Exchange Policy
If you want to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or product, simply inform us when you contact for return.
Exchanges depend on stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
