At OneVender, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please review our shipping terms below.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • 2–5 working days (depending on your city and courier load)

You will be contacted by the courier before delivery if needed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees may vary based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Total order weight

  • Courier partner policies

Final shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available nationwide.
Please ensure your phone number is active for courier confirmation calls.

Incorrect Address / Phone Number

If the customer enters the wrong address or an unreachable phone number, delivery may be delayed or cancelled.
Re-delivery charges may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking details (if provided by the courier).

Lost or Delayed Orders

OneVender is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect customer information

However, we will fully assist you in locating your parcel.
